I like Bazza's style as much as Samso's; he has a head like a smashed crab and public speaking/presentations/interviews do not come easy for most.
It comes down to what would I prefer:
1. A smooth talking 'Jason Brewer' style
or
2. A proven operator whose actions and past performance trump any soliloquies
