    ulimited amount being constantly fed into the 10.5 offer ... would suggest CR

    If that eventuates let's say it's at 9 cents, unsuccessful take-up which in this market is a fair assumption, issue of leftovers to "someone" at a hefty discount ... dilution, then market reaction.
