They might have enough cash to muddle through.
The terms of finance would be specific as to what areas they can spend the money on so who knows what commitments large or small they've got that needs to be paid for from their current reserves? As mentioned on here by others a CR might be in the terms of the loan but it doesn't look like they're "running short of cash" at all.
