Hey BW, have a look at the NPV thread. Some good stuff there especially on cash flows (see Post #: 58324858 and Post #: 58328381 - one was the entire project including three mines and the other was just Nifty alone).

They can't have NPAT like you say although I know you are just spitballing it. They have some cap spending and loan repayments in the first few years which drags the free cash flow down a bit but, in general terms, you are just about right.

Here is the Nifty NPV spreadsheet just for you. Same conclusion - it's a cash machine.
