why did ACA partner vote with Zhang & co, earlier this year ?

    i have a feeling Zhang & his dad, come clean to ACA partners sometime late last year regarding their shares holding Conundrum.

    That is probably why ACA partners voted with them.

    If this stock was not already suspended, and trading at the time. They would have come very close to breaching insider’s trading law.
