    I don't think its PDY fault. Mainly because they had a confidentiality agreement with the backer. No different with reporters or the police(with informants). If it goes wrong, they sue the news outlet that made it public. In this case it's the ASX who took on the responsibility to govern all company releases.

    Also I read on this forum that someone rang the ASX to put the company on Halt again. Is that after he/she made a profit?(That only applies if they traded the stock)
