    You cannot have the guy that brokered (seemingly) the deal and bought in large investors just leave, I think the aftermath of that would be far worse than a continued presence. DM has a chance to prove the market wrong in the coming quarters, he may as well take it, if he cannot reach his break even goal by the end of the year, than I think it would be time to move him on.
