@Second1998. I think you are missing the point. The BUD, DM in particularly said they had to redesign the product as the existing OHM was not right for the market and what the market wanted. What I am saying is it should not have taken them 18 months to work this out. It is one thing to say it takes 18 months to deploy it is another thing to work out no one wants your product.
