Well what i meant is that the product is simple and doesn't do what the customer wants. Therefore without upgrading the uptake in revenue will be minimal to none.

In my eyes the product isn't fully operational yet as it needs upgrading. This to me is like a two year beta test on OHM as it still doesn't meet the customers needs. OHM 3 needs to meet all expectations or OHM will go to heaven.

Simple OHM one and two didn't sell therefore the product has faults and isn't fully operational to a standard needed, all IMO.
