As stated previously. My wife is in a direct caring role ie. Personal Care Worker covered by the Award. So the Government or Fair Work better get their stories straight. At least Dutton is taking this directly to the Minister responsible. My wifes Aged Care employer is adamant that the 15% pay rise does NOT apply to workers covered by the AWARD.
