Davy Boy - I believe that we have a different view of what is " skin in the game "
Free incentive options I believe is a racket whereby managements can acquire large holdings with little chance of ever " losing skin " on the deal.
It requires compliant shareholders but there are signs that compliant shareholders market wide are becoming less gullible
Our management are wisely taking full advantage of this great opportunity.
(Mr Limb got most of his large via the highly fortuitous Flow merger )
I suggest that a true incentive scheme - well paid supposedly skilled managers wld. suffer salary cuts if the shares underperformed market - but don't expect to ever see that.
Nothing inspires punters more than seeing management buy big on market & so risking their skin.( but don't expect that from our lot )

Management criticize shareholders for not fully taking up rts. issues - but the true believers are already fully invested at market & cannot take many more without betting the farm & risk being skinned alive.

I have bt. on market over the last 10 years & happily hold at av. cost below current market.
