Anyone know the answer to the above question? Seems odd that such a high quality management and Board chose to list their technology here and not in the US?

The answer to such a question in usually that the likely capitalisation is too small for NASDAQ, listing fees much cheaper in Oz, and easier to raise risk capital in Oz.

Would love to hear which reasons have been given by the company.

As an aside, I find it ludicrous that Commsec gives D13's market cap as $16m, when in actual fact it's close to $100m !! Commsec excludes escrowed stock. Why does Commsec do this? Presumably because they're catering for traders more focused on liquidity than valuation?
