    I missed the flu shot 1 year and I had always believed that I had caught the flu and got over it ,that year I did not get the flu shot I got the flu and you know when you have it, 2 weeks at home with headaches,pain in very bone in my body and feeling like $hit.I did not feel like eating and it took another 4 weeks to get back to feeling good.
