I don't know where to start with your posts. So many wrong assumptions or statements.

1. Direcrors increased overall shares held by exercising options. Yes they sold some shares to achieve this but hold a greater number after wards.

2.14% held by board is a lot. I'd challenge you to find many other explorers where the board held more.

3. The raise was about 12% dilution not 20% as you state.

4. 240m is relatively shallow for the high grade section. Lower grade starts near surface. Lady Fanny high grade starts near surface also.
