Who is selling if Dudleys shares have been taken up. My guess is that Dudley is the seller maybe the offer he has been made is not good enough?
Does anyone have any idea if a capital raising is on the agenda. By my estimates the company will have approx 100k in its bank account at the end of March. Thats not enough to pay for a final feasibility.
Hold on this is going to be rough for the next few months.
