FMS Board caved in over weekend, and accepted a pathetic offer...

FMS Board caved in over weekend, and accepted a pathetic offer from Todd.
They were in negotiations with other's as they stated, and negotiation's can take month's.
BUT over weekend a complete U Turn!!!!
What did TODD do to get this through?
We all know how they cannot be trusted from past history,
Something smell's, and the truth will come out soon I hope.
So , I am not selling, will sit on my share's for year's if required.
Patience is the strength for shareholders , its our company and let's not give it away.
Another player will come, ore reserves top class, and there will be more not yet discovered, per past comment's from management re our past drilling.
