This caught my eye because I feel like a successful trophy hunter whenever I can purchase eggs at the supermarket.
This went up 13% today on trades of about $600.
The last few announcements are about 'going concern' and survival. The refinancing is important and buys them time.
Poultry numbers appear to be down- is that an opportunity?
The industry appears to have structural headwinds- we demand stricter animal treatment and we certainly do not want an egg farm near our outer suburban subdivision- even if the egg farm was there decades before we came along.
I wish holders well but not for my risk appetite.
