    But what is the catch here? Anyone?

    I'm wondering the same so I hope you don't mind questions from someone who has not studied the share. I'm trying to get a feel for what isn't in the official announcements. The drop today looks enormous and very stable at that low price.

    Yancoal will be listed on the ASX as I recall, so that's no biggie, but will VCR?
