PORK PIES?
At the GM on 6 June, in answer to a question from a shareholder,both Bottazzi and Trimble denied that Bottazzi had been rejected by liquor licencing in 2004. Trimble asked "where did you get that from? ....... out of Walt Disney? ..... "

On 13 July 2004, PPN advised the ASX as follows:
"......The Directors of Planet Platinum Ltd have received advice from the Office of Director of Liquor Licencing that they have refused the application for approval of the appointment of Robert Bottazzi as a Director of the company.."

The ASX announcement of 13 July 2004 speaks for itself. There are many PPN shareholders who bought at the 2003 IPO and don't suffer from memory loss.

Shareholders deserve an apology by way of an ASX announcement retracting the incorrect information given at the GM. Don't hold your breath.
