Over 2 months have passed since the June spill meeting and there has been no announcement as to whether Robert Bottazzi has been approved as a PPN director by VCGLR.
If I recall corectly, director John Callanan was very quickly approved by VCGLR, so why is it taking so long for Robert Bottazzi to get approval? What do the liquor licencing police know that we don't know?
The preliminary financial statements are due in just over a fortnight and PPN still doesn't have a quorum to approve the final accounts.
As we all know, Trimble used his vote to block the election of three competent shareholder nominees who would have given the board credibility and made the CEO accountable for PPN's 10 years of failure. Shame! Shame! Shame!
