Trump is a heroic win for pragmatism and common sense.

The Hillary Clinton loss is a serious fail for the progressive philosophasters who underlie the deepest thinking of the progressive movement across the western world.

They are the vacuous self indulgent cafe latte sect that Nassim Taleb defines as the "Intellectual Yet ►Idiots◄" the IYI. The quasi erudite wannabe boffins with a Wimbledon White Carbon Renounced yet Rugged SUV which they occasionally off road into the Woolies Mall , and of course theirs is a home with a zero footprint toothpaste, and a socially doable double garage, who know:-

1) what to do,
2) what to eat,
3) how to speak,
4) how to think… and
5) who to vote for.

But the problem is the one-eyed following the blind: these self-described members of the “intelligentsia” can’t find a coconut on Coconut Island, meaning they aren’t intelligent enough to define intelligence(!) hence fall into circularities — but their main skill is capacity to pass opinionated judgements, & pass exams written by people exactly like them.

These are the hard core otzovists of our age, the ones who know better, and if you don't like that they'll sit in a corner, and won't play. The folk who can't decide if they are the Voltairian chicken or the egg of our progressive enlightenment, as their ovi-lactarian diet has taken them to a somewhat taller pretentious plane, where the air is rare, and the carbon dioxide is vexing.
