roc went through a period off massive wastage , wealth destruction and then a big CR . The chances you see 2.5 again a very remote , unless they have a couple of big finds in Bohai.
If you want to recover your losses you would need to either by a decent parcel now to get your average down substantially or just accept it ain't going to 2.5 dollars any time soon , they simply have too many shares on issue and not enough reserves to justify that price . A price of around 95 cents is about as bullish as one could be at present , but more realistic in the mid 70s is what we could expect if things continue to go well
