Ok, its not there so it must have been on the agenda but not agreed to by Israel. There were several mentions of the issue just before the ceasefire came into effect. So, i will rephrase my question to you. You must admit landmines are a very nasty legacy to bestow on a population. Why didnt Israel release the positions of the reported 400,000 landmines they left in Lebanon when they relinquished their PREVIOUS occupation? Or do you deny their existence?
