We all know the machines work.
Weather wasn't a huge issue and further improvements will continue to iron out issues.
Staff required to build onsite will be reduced to two at some point we are told.
The newly ordered boom allows blocks to be layed from roadside and multi story.
The speed can be increased by either size of block or lay rate.
More positions are advertised and filled.
Weinenberger have sent blocks to FBR so that relationship is still on.
We have had some news from the US regarding approvals etc so im guessing that's ready to go when a machine can be deployed.
The Gp Vivienda two story villa's built at FBR were to demonstrate they are ready and capable.
Even though FBR have 5 blocks in Perth they could build on they are currently busy behind doors.
I know this list could continue to grow so by all means add to it!
Why place loan now? They have alot of shares. Is it to enable executive decision on a takeover or to benefit from an announcement?
Announcement imminent?? If so is it big enough to get it rolling hence the massive share loan.
