Max B bought into ELK in sept 2010 and now owns 5%
ELK needs a 3 mile Co2 pipeline built and 60M worth of plant
The enhanced oil recovery market in Wyoming is booming it would seem a natural area of expansion for Matrix to enter the US oil services market
