    can anyone figure this out????..why when it crossed 10c....it is like their were waiting for this moment...Is it that their know that releasing a top announcement above 10c wud increase sp quickly .05 increment...which means we cud hit 20c+ open with just a pre open...and 30c+....cud be a crazy open on the cards...
