Maybe because even with the spot price at $36.75, a share price of 19 cents doesn't make sense. Where does such a nonsense price come from? Even with this pathetic spot price I can't see why the share price should be below $1 and I can't see what valuation method is being used to come up with a price of 19 cents by Mr Market - seems purely pull it from your rear ending pricing and manipulate as much as possible so that you make money at other people's expense - nothing to do with the true value of the company.
