Money that was promised from UK did not turn up in time. Directors had others committed and float was technically oversubscribed ,however they were not prepared to list without bank cleared funds on the last day of float !!!!ASIC rules then prescribed the float was terminated at that point in time ! Honest Directors not prepared to Bulls#t to list without the money in the bank. Not like some past floats where the raised money was loaned to trust accounts !!!!! Very funny and the the money disappears !!!! As can be seen now honesty counts and this the relaunched float is 3 times oversubscribed as we speak and the cleared funds are all in the Bank!!! Well done !!!
