Deal needs to be approved by shareholders ( can't for the life of me see one single shareholder voting against it) and singed, sealed and delivered!
That will generate a lot of confidence and certainty to the market, that will translate into some serious money flowing in.
After that having the samrec resource converted to JORC compliant is the next biggie!
They are the catalysts, for me any way, seeing 10c in the rear view mirror and trending northbound!
