I am new to this board as I mainly invest in Canadian juniors, but I have to say the timing of the capital raising is strange to say the least.
If management is so confident about hitting oil from the first target why would they dilute now ? Just hope they did not run into technical problems......
By the way, NGE reminds me a lot to the juniors who are drilling in Kurdistan. There you also have large oil seeps at surface and some have already discovered multi billion barrel reservoirs. Vast Exploration (VST), my favorite, is currently drilling and is close to the first zones at 2,000m depth.
