Actually, there has been a fair bit of talking up the probability of PE taking it private and trying to do a Myer on everyone. I wouldn't be comfortable with this personally, because MYR was such a high-profile rip off of retail holders, and everyone will see the same thing coming for DJS. Not to mention that they'll be trying to compete with MYR in exactly the same way.

Moreover, you'll note that several other large retailers have also bounced in the last month from the aftermath of the JBH/Billabong downgrades. I wouldn't read too much into the anything about DJS individually because it's not exactly moving independantly of the rest.
