Correct. The product is garbage. But people still eat it, driven by marketing and some people's perception of value. When my work organises eats for staff, they always go with dominoes for the 'hot' food as it's cheap. When we buy pizza (rare, maybe once a year), we buy from an independent and wait at least 1.5 hours for it
