idiot or insane, many people lose control of their actions when extremely agitated and fearful.
maybe we should be considering the causes of such behaviour.... particularly as it seems to be more present among Aboriginal people than non-Aboriginal.
but the "seems" might be indicating media bias to highlight first Aussie dysfunction, or even to paint first Aussies as undeserving of support.
