God does not have to be complex to be The Almighty The Universe is complex, so you are claiming that the complex doesn't have to be the product of the complex which is the claim of evolution. Your God is probably not complex because, through lack of evidence, means that he probably doesn't even exist.
Even if you disprove evolution - which would result in a Nobel prize - you would still have all your work cut out to prove the existence of your God who cares about who you sleep with, steal from, whether you covet your neighbour's goods... etc.
