Not all gay men talk with a lisp. Not all gay women have a buzz cut and wear work boots. There are plenty of gay people getting around that you wouldn't know are gay.
As for the way they speak :
Do you complain when football loving people get together for get a bit boisterous about the game ?
Do you complain when a bunch of women get together for a chat and get carried away ?
Do you complain about working class people and their accents ?
Do you complain about people from other cultures and their heavy accents ?
Go outside and get a life for crying out loud.
