Are you saying Malcolm Turnbull can never become leader of the libs again? I beg to differ, he missed out by only one vote and polling shows he is preferred to Tony Abbott. Of relevance also Joe Hockey who is also an ETS believer is line ball with Tony in the latest poll. If the hockey supporters swing to Turnbull as they have more in common Turnbull could once again become Leader. Conversely if Turnbull supported Hockey then Hockey could become leader. Unfortunately for the libs it cant happen until after the election.
