It's either done in excitement, when they know they're on a good thing and just want to celebrate with other holders. eg. DEG yesterday.
Or it's done to cover anxiety that they've bought something and it's going down or sideways. Better to realize that the anxiety is also covering something - realize it, feel it, sell and never hold a microcap again! Trade only.
Or it's ramping. Trying to pump something up so they can sell.
