IF they are executing a $430M capital return to SHers then its logical to expect your Mcap to drop by the same amount. ie resulting MCap of approx. 220M = 46c per share.

BLD and CDD had recent returns of capital.

I dont assign much value to those Skypoint businesses, so for me the question is , are Dreamworld and Whitewater World worth 220M? Since they cant make a profit, the businesses are worth nothing. They dont own the land, they lease it. So what would you get for the assets at auction?

Wasnt a good look when they said they would vigorously defend the WH&S charges brought form the Dreamworld deaths, then rolled over at the first opportunity to admit total liability. I'll never go on their rides again. Lazy inept board. IT shows on their balance sheet, and their safety record.
