3.1 COE shares at 26c = 80.6c
So COE sp has reverted to reflect the IPM sp prior to the bid. Bottom line is market not all that chuffed about a combined IPM-COE entity.
Lack of synergies would be the main reason imo.
Still expect a bounce of a few cents though, as 26c is ridiculous even taking the T/O into consideration.
