I don't think 50% is that important. Even if COE did magically get to 50% (which I seriously doubt), there would still be plenty of people like me not willing to accept because I prefer IPM's assets over COE's.
Secondly, do you really think the CEO is not going to be confident in the strategy he has come up with????
