They will easily get 50% in this climate and then dump the IPM board - this takeover is an absolute given.
I'm surprised that no-one has mentioned that COE will also inherit 17 million from the IPM coffers (very little debt too).
I've been in contact with Greg H the past 2 weeks and he seems very confident in their strategy. Not too many juniors out there with approx 75 million of cold hard cash to play with.
They will easily get 50% in this climate and then dump the IPM...
