This just shows how little I understand about these things.
Have only been trading since 2007 so I am relatively new to this still.
I always assumed that the offer of 3.1 shares etc was dependant on what the latest share price was and not the scenario you mentioned.
So if the price stays near 30 cents they will be in fact be offering over 4 shares ...which never occured to me.
It will be interesting to see what develops.
Gives me something else to think about
