Short answer is that it has not been economical to mine.
Hence the focus on electrolyte/batteries etc to beef up the viability of the PFS.
Clever IMO.

Vanadium world DG has faith as can be seen by the post above.
AVL are working hard behind the scenes and I have high expectations for the next 6-9 months.
I think they are doing everything humanly possible to put AVL on the correct path.
