    The answer to your question is: Because the price kept dropping while I was offering shares.

    Back to the topic of the message board, Galaxy Resources.

    They can and they will.

    "they may get an institutional investor on board to help"

    Placing shares with an institutional investor is a cash raising, too. It dilutes existing shareholders as much as any SPP.
