I share your optimism with Li. However, the least the management could do is to inform the market (ie the small shareholder)
1. affirming feasibility of their assets
2. potential strategic investors they have spoken to and their responses. They don't have to disclose names. They just have to make the investment case for strategic shareholder and small shareholder alike. They should never forget that minority shareholders has just given a breather through recent fund raising.

I haven't seen the management doing that and hence they have no good news to share. Question: do they have a pitch book on their assets? Why don't they disclose it to the market? If the management can't convince us, what hope do they have in convincing strategic investors?
