there's always a reason for this management to not outperform on promises ...

this management will never be able to let the plant become cashflow positive .... they have no idea on how to succeed

the only way they can figure out how to become cashflow positive is ... share issuing.

Believe it or not, that's the only lesson I've learned from this chinese team.
