Moby, if you are unable to access funds (and not receiving interest in the period from order to settlement) it is your broker who is the problem not T+3. I use Commsec and ABN Amro Morgans and neither of those brokers takes the funds to pay for purchases out of my bank account until the day of settlement. Obviously if purchases only settle after three days then you can't expect to get the sale proceeds before the purchaser has paid for them.
