This is the same as social security.
Those who receive social security spend 100% of their income, which is excellent for the economy.
This is better for the economy than a billionaire that has millions or billions of assets sitting idle in a bank account, country properties, rental properties and so forth
These things drag down an economy because they offer little economic produce for a society
They force up property prices and give most of society less disposible income
