Yes, I was being bitchy back (in response to yours).

But you still don't seem to recognise that there's no difference between men and women in regard to 'getting along'. Why should women get along with each other better than men get along with each other?

I got along really well with most women in the workplace and with most men, and made some firm friends. I see as much if not more competition and bitchiness between men than between women. (That might be partly because there were always a lot more men than women where I worked.)

I most certainly don't think that women should be denied jobs in the defence forces on the basis of a false scale of bitchiness.
