Your post is sexist as you have written it, but I will let it stand in all its glory (other Mods may not).
Today's ills that you describe are real imo but it aint all to do with the reasons you attribute it to ... reasons are way more complex and include loss political and spiritual direction, mindless consumption, gloryfying all things global when most live local lives ... many reasons, many have lost their way imo.
